Penrhyn Heather Blue

Penrhyn Heather Blue slates, by Welsh Slate Ltd, are quarried in Bethesda in North Wales and come as a textured slate giving it depth and charactor.

The suble and elegant colour are further complemented by the distinctive natural texture of the slate, creating an added dimension to the roof whilst the variety of tones can be used to create a pattern or subtle contrast in a design.

These aesthetic qualities are combined with the material's natural durability and resistance to weather and temperature, making slate superbly adaptable and ideal for all environments. Each slate has its own unique visual characteristics so Penrhyn slate has natural heather blue tonal variations and may also include natural green markings.
