Featured in RCI Magazine: A Look Inside Stoneleaf’s New HQ & Showroom

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Joe Ayling from Roofing Cladding & Insulation (RCI) Magazine to our newly redeveloped headquarters in West Hanningfield, Essex.

Following months of working out of temporary accommodation during the build, our new showroom, expanded trade counter, and modern office spaces are officially open. Having RCI visit to document this next chapter for Stoneleaf was a proud moment for our entire team.

Moving Beyond Single Samples: An Immersive Showroom Experience

When designing the new headquarters, our goal was simple: create a space that offers roofers, specifiers, architects, and homeowners a complete, hands-on experience rather than just static product displays.

As captured in RCI’s article, our light and airy first-floor showroom features sloped internal stands where natural slates, concrete tiles, weatherproof cladding, and roof windows are displayed in situ.

Whether you are looking for Spanish clay tiles like La Escandella, natural slates sourced from Wales, Spain, Brazil, and China, or clay and concrete options from partners like Marley, Sandtoft, and Northstone you can now evaluate texture, color, and technical specifications under one roof. We’ve also built dedicated meeting spaces where our team can sit down with clients to map out complex project requirements and technical details.

Supporting Local Trades at the Trade Counter

On the ground floor, our enlarged reception area and trade counter keep the pulse of our daily operations going. It was great for RCI to see local contractors, like the team from Hutton Roofing Company, stopping by to stock up on essential tools and accessories from trusted brands like Monument, EDMA, and CMS before heading out to site.

With around six to seven lorry loads of roofing goods arriving at our West Hanningfield yard each week, our priority remains making sure local trade professionals get the high-quality stock they need, exactly when they need it.

From a Fax Machine on a Cardboard Box to 2026 and Beyond

Reflecting on the visit gave our Managing Director, Bob Curry, a moment to look back at how far Stoneleaf has come since its launch back in 1998:
